지금부터 80년전, 제2차 세계대전에 의해 괴멸적이 된 일본. 다시 한번 일본이 일어나기 위해 일본인은 매일 일하고 인생을 일에 바쳐 왔습니다. 그것을 지지한 것은 일본인으로서의 자랑입니다. 즉 무사도 정신입니다. 제 조상은 오키나와 가라데 선생님이었습니다. 선조로부터 계승해 온 사무라이 정신을 가슴에, 현재는 오키나와의 와규 문화를 세계의 사람들에게 발신하고 있습니다. 나는 항상 레스토랑에 서 오키나와 와규를 구워 하고 있습니다. 저희 가게의 정책에 공감해 주는 분들의 내점을 진심으로 기다리고 있습니다.
