While inheriting the taste of the president’s grandparents who ran an Okinawa soba restaurant after the war,
Since the American colonial era, the restaurant has evolved into a steak specialty restaurant, starting to serve steaks that are loved by the people of the prefecture.

We have also developed an aged steak using Yaeyama’s oldest Okinawan sake brand, which was founded 120 years ago and is run by a relative of the president.

We are a small private steak restaurant specializing in high-end WAGYU beef.

We are slowly operating with the support of local steak lovers and American soldiers.

We use cows that are fed grain.
Because they are raised on a diet of highly nutritious grains, the meat is tender and has no odor, resulting in juicy steaks with lots of juice.

All of our beef comes directly from wholesale WAGYU butchers.

We work closely with a Wagyu wholesale butcher shop run by a relative of the founder of STEAK HOUSE 473. The beef at Steak House 473 is made from cows raised on grain. Because they are raised on a diet of highly nutritious grains, the beef is odorless, tender, and has just the right amount of fat, resulting in juicy steaks with plenty of beef.
