We have a wide selection of beef ranging from reasonably priced beef to high-end beef such as Chateaubriand.

●Alignment with wholesale WAGYU butchers

★Uses carefully selected top quality beef. Furthermore, we use our unique manufacturing method to bring out the original tenderness and flavor of the beef to the utmost. When you insert a knife, the red beef juices (proteins) will spill out.
★We do not use any artificially tenderizing agents to soften the beef, or any molded beef that creates flavor through fat injection and adhesives.
